Visited 2 times, first in 2018. I, who highly value and appreciate raw materials, love Sushi Sho. A fantastic fish in its simplicity that has been treated well is for me very exciting and satisfying. The fact that it is a small room and you are very involved in all preparations makes the experience more than just food. For the time being, in my opinion very affordable for what you get and I would recommend the beverage package to then sake is not something that is often the most well researched.
