Livets första ramen blev i Stockholm, jag fattar inte hur ingen kan ha introducerat denna rätt tidigare i mitt liv?! Jag och min dejt var där på alla hjärtans dag och hade bokat bord i sista minuten. Supertrevlig kille i telefonen som sa att det går att lösa!

Väl på plats så möts man av ett öppet kök med barplatser och några bord till vänster. Taket är en upplevelse och belysningen var lagom stark. Vi fick till och med välja bord i lokalen för vi var lite tidiga och klämde in oss i ett hörn.

Det var tända ljus och en fin liten ros på alla borden vilket är ett stort pluspoäng på alla hjärtans dag. Menyn får man kika på väggen eller kolla via hemsidan. Jag provade deras storsäljare fläsk och min dejt tog den vegetariska. Detta var min allra första ramen och jag hade noll förväntningar. Men JISSES hur kan så mycket smak få plats i en liten skål?? Den var otroligt god och köttet fullkomligt smälte i munnen. Portionsmässigt kändes den lagom om man är hungrig! Jag fick även smaka min dejts vegetariska och den var inte alls lika häftig tyvärr. Den var väldigt söt och smakade som en kombo av tacos och söt majs.

Helhets intrycket var dunder och vill gärna prova fler rätter här samt testa andra ställen för att bilda mig en bättre uppfattning kring denna magiska rätt. Återkommer snarast med uppdatering!

Finally a ramen place at the office! And a good one! Think it's very good, maybe even tasrier than Totemo. If nothing else, the place itself is much better than Totemo. I have already eaten here type 4-5 times (opened a few months ago). Why I don't give it full pot is because I don't think it slaps really SO loud in the mouth. I've been wondering if it's because of myself, that I don't think the frame can be so good. Don't get me wrong, it's delicious, and Take is probably the best of all I've tested so far, but 5 out of 5? Not quite though. May go to Japan and see if it is my flavors, or Sweden's ramen selection, where the shoe squeezes.

The only minus is that they don't run take away (yet?).

I love the frame, so when we got a table spontaneously on a Saturday night, the luck was already made. Arrives and the staff is super nice, fast but not on, the location is good and there is really good atmosphere inside. It's crowded but sonically not too loud.

What about the food? Well, it was as good as the rumors say. I ate Shoyu which was super good, and my friend ate Vegetarian Miso, and we were both super happy!

We each had a drink and found that they were both good, and the price was definitely good compared to drinks at most other places you are at.
