Do not book catering with Vegano Catering. They didn't show up with the food at our wedding party. They also did not answer the phone and have not apologized afterwards.
Vegano Catering was truly a disaster in every way! We had booked an Asian vegan buffet months in advance. And during the trip, I have had a lot of contact with Vegano Catering, most recently the day before the student reception to ask for food that contained nuts to be labeled. Received confirmation of everything, all communication is also in writing! When the day comes and it's time for graduation, the chef who collaborates with Vegano Catering calls the same day and says that there will be no food. There is a conflict between the person who received the order and the kitchen that will actually prepare the food. We have 30+ guests and no food. Desperately trying to get hold of the person I booked and had all contact with at Vegano Catering. As if swallowed up by the earth. Have not received any food, no feedback, no explanation for anything. I've actually never experienced anything like this! Terrible situation! Avoid this supplier!
