Maten är tyvärr dock inte särskilt bra. Vällagad, men inte välsmakande. Detta har varit genomgående alla gånger jag varit där. Smaklöst och beigt, vilket är allt annat man förväntar sig sett till priset.

Was here on Valentine's Day which was on a weekday. We got a very good service and when we got to the restaurant it was Erik Videgård who received us.
I am a fan of fusion so I was very excited for the visit. The venue is located on the old Escalier inside the Sturegallerian where they made a little bit. Think it could have been a little more drag in the form of higher music or similar. Even if there were a lot of people, you could still hear your neighbor talk when you sit extremely close to each other.
We ordered the tasting menu, 1 Nikkei (Japanese/Peruvian) and 1 Chifa (Chinese/South American). The positive thing is that you can freely decide which tasting menus you want even if you are 2 people. Otherwise, it usually is in other restaurants that it takes at least 2 people for such a tasting menu!
When there are smaller dishes and you should share, I usually expect that you never get a stopper. But there I was wrong this time. I was so measured by all the food that there was barely room for dessert, the food was okay, nothing special! Cevichen was good but there are other places with tastier ceviche! Since it was fusion between several parts of the world, I had soaring expectations of the dessert which consisted of several varieties. The dessert was good but it was nothing odd, the desserts we got with was a almond cake with ingefäraglass m. m because this a fusion place so I wanted them to fix something more different desserts
Overall Grade A 3rd! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
