Spontaneous visit to Vinköket yesterday. First of all, incredibly nice place. Unfortunately, it was not so much people, but I do not think that so many have discovered it yet, it's completely new. Then the place is so nice, and they played pretty loud music (in a nice way), so they did nothing.
The menu consists of 4-5 snacks, 5-6 hors d'oeuvres and 3 between dishes. Nice Menu overall. Started with a little tryffelpopcorn (regular popcorn with truffle oil). No sensation, but good of course. First the court became a Tartar, very good but perhaps not among the very best I ate (4/5). Kalvbrässen I just tasted, but it was also good (3 +/5). Then I took the seafood soup with scallops, which was the highlight of the evening (5/5). Not too thick/mighty, not too vigorous in taste, not for salt, not too big, cruel scallops, etc. Absolutely perfect, perhaps the best seafood soup I actually eaten.
Unfortunately, the truffle paste did not live up to expectations, which were high because it sounded completely brutal on the menu. Too little salt and not delicious in other (2/5). The party liked the same (we took each). Hopefully, it will be better/replaced.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend a visit.

It was difficult to find to Vinköket. KL 17.00, we had booked a table and we were standing at Brunnsgatan 2 at the sign VINKÖKET to become inslåppta. No one opened and we walked into a restaurant on the Street to ask where VK low. You have to go into via Le Rouge said the waiter there. At the entrance to Le Rouge, there was nothing that made the client aware that VK was in the same room as LR.
