Unfortunately had a very bad experience of the sturebadet. We paid 1300 for treatment including spa entrance. We started with the treatment and would then have a relaxing moment in the hammam part of the spa. Once there, it turned out that the marble floor was incredibly slippery and my sister slipped on the floor and hit herself so badly that she gets a bleeding jack in the back of her head. What was supposed to be a relaxing and lovely experience ended up with us quickly getting out of there to go to the nearest close quarters where my sister had to be stitched in the back of the head. When we spoke to the staff, we received an unpleasant response that it can be slippery on the floor there and that you have to walk very carefully, there were no signs about this. No one from the staff apologised or gave us any kind of compensation for our completely ruined spa experience. We will never visit the sturebadet again, that thing is for sure!

Was at the sturebadet spa yesterday. Trying the hammam bath, but when I go up I notice that the floor is extremely slippery. This leads to me slipping badly and hitting the back of my head in a marble column. I get a jack and I start bleeding. Of course, my sister and I rush from there to the nearest emergency room. On the way out, I tell the reception what has happened, that the floor was extremely slippery, etc. The answer I get back is "well it's slippery on the bath floor, so that's what can happen". Kind of like it's something you have to count on, that you hit the back of the head and start bleeding. Furthermore, they said that there were signs warning of slippery floors. But they didn't see me or my sister. When I call back today, the woman on the phone says that she knows that there is a problem with the slippery floor, but you can't do anything because the building is k-marked. Thus, do not even lay out loose plastic carpets. To me, it sounds like they're thinking more about design than safety. Simply the absolute worst experience I've ever had.
