The first thing you meet is very nice staff and there is also access to tea in the entrance hall. In the "hammam part" there is muted light and very nice décor. At the end of the room is their steam room which was absolutely magical. After the ritual, there is a pool area with a colder pool and a hot tub. Along the walls, sofas stand for relaxation and a dry sauna has large windows overlooking the area. Unfortunately, unlike the hammam part, this area feels quite uninspiring. We chose to sit for a while but then go back and finish in the steam room. We paid 800KR each which felt a bit much for what you got. Had the pool area been made a little nicer, the rating would clearly have been different.
