Hågelbyparken

This leafy park next to Lake Aspen in Tumba arranges activities and entertainment for all ages, all year round. Have something to eat, stop for a coffee, hold a conference or hire the entire premises for parties and weddings at their restaurant Wärdshuset LM and Café Anna Giertz. Don't miss the gardens and large outdoor car boot sales held in the summer months.

Food & drink
Hågelbyparken is a meeting place for everyone. The park boasts beautiful natural surroundings as well as magnificent buildings built at the turn of the last century by telephone entrepreneur LM Ericsson, which now house the restaurant, café and function rooms. For a classic lunch with a modern twist, visit Wärdshuset LM, which serves food in stately surroundings with modern decor. On weekends, they lay out an extensive brunch buffet with several vegetarian dishes, as well as gluten and lactose-free options. The popular café Anna Giertz serves a daily lunch special, often traditional Swedish homecooking dishes, and you can also have a coffee and cake or an ice cream in the sunshine. The bread and cookies are baked in the café's own bakery and can also be bought to take away. The function rooms are suitable for both large and smaller groups and the park is ideal for outdoor activities.

Activities
Hågelbypark is a public park and, as such, offers masses of different activities, events and entertainment throughout the year. Major holidays such as midsummer and the Swedish national day are celebrated here, and the park arranges everything from theatre performances for children to dances, garden days and Christmas shows. Car boot sales are held in the field next to the park in the summer months. With a small petting farm, a playground with transport themed play and other fun activities, there's also plenty for children to do.
