Edit November 2019: Be here and ate both friday and Saturday. On Saturday I sat on the same table, at the same place, ate the same food and drank the same drink, served by the same nice waiter. 🤣

The menu consists of 5-6 hors d'oeuvres (all from the sea), a larger dish called "Eat Korean" and some desserts. Either you pick freely, or you take the tasting menu "The Ocean" (775KR/pers), then you get all the small dishes, or you take "Arc Experience" (645 SEK/pers), which is one of the small dishes, Korean Eat and a dessert.

On Friday we ran the Arc Experience, and on Saturday only Eat Korean. The appetizer, which was a slightly sashimi/ceviche-like dish on scallop and cod, was OK. Nice but a little boring. Dessert was good.

But Eat Korean, my God, that's good. It is a "Ssäm", which is easiest to explain a Korean wrap/taco type, but with salad instead of bread. You get about ten accessories, like pickled onion, pickled cucumber, ginger, roasted onion, green chili mayo, apple, kimchi etc. For that you get long-baked pork belly in some nice glaze, sechuan pepper fried entrecote and some kind of crispy chicken in a sweet chili sauce (standing duck on the menu, but got to me that it was chicken, a little insecure but tasted chicken). Vegetarian options are available.

Started with pork belly, which I love. Incredibly good. Followed up with the entrecot and thought "it couldn't possibly be better", it was. Then the chicken, thinking "it can't possibly be as good as the meat, chicken never reaches those levels" - it was the very best, quite improbably tasty. The whole dish itself is the tastiest I've eaten in a long time. I told you I ate it two days in a row, didn't I? So it's really quality assured! 😜

In fact, I'm raising the grade on Arc to a fiver. That dish is unbeatable, and the place itself is insanely nice. The food I've eaten otherwise hasn't been that impressive, so if you're going to come here, do it for the place, the drinks and eat EAT KOREAN! I'm going to have to come here sometime a month.

Original review June 2019: The place itself is world class. Really nice. The view, the décor, the tables/table setting, etc. perhaps Stockholm's nicest roof terrace. 5/5 without a doubt. However, had slightly higher expectations for the food. Tested pork bacon and steak tartare for starter. Both good, but nothing special, 3/5. A little bit the same with the main courses. Ate the pork side and tasted the chicken. Even these were good, but no wow. Nicely presented and enough food for lunch (although I hadn't taken the appetizer). Maybe had some high expectations for the food with what you heard others say and how nice the place itself is. But as a whole experience, it will still be a four!
