It all began in the city of Karlstad in Värmland, where the team behind Dirty Taco first began experimenting with that popular classic and Friday favourite - the taco. Taking inspiration from Youtube and Netflix, they created their own fusion tacos with flavours from all over the world. You can now find them at several spots in Stockholm, including Folkungagatan.
Fusion tacos with flavours from all over the world - that's Dirty Taco. When they first started experimenting, they were so pleased with the results that they wanted to share them with everyone. Since then, they've made countless tacos. Some are still on the menu today, others not, but they continue to experiment and create new combinations in their kitchens. Something that's a constant, however, is their formula of combining carefully selected ingredients with exciting flavour combinations to create a menu with meat, fish and shellfish as well as vegetarian and vegan tacos. The menu also includes sides such as nachos, French fries and homemade sauces.
Dirty Taco may have their roots in Värmland, but it was in Stockholm that they opened their first restaurants. Their Folkungagatan eatery is, like the others, decorated with natural materials, calm colours and wooden bentwood chairs.
The team behind the restaurants believe their tacos aren't just tacos, they're street food made with a big dose of love and top quality ingredients. Creativity and curiosity are their driving forces, together with pride in what they do and the pursuit of excellence.

Drinkarna kom ur en bag-in-box, ingredienserna i tacosarna var mer husmanskost än taco. Finns mer genuina tacorestauranger på Söder.
