We booked the venue for a very large group of 30+ ppl and the service was just so unpleasant. They made every effort to make us feel unwelcome. They even rushed us out at the end! And it was t that late. The food was ok, nothing to write home about, but I guess with such a large group, that could be expected.
I just feel so angry when I get treated so badly after spending so much money for a group. Not going back until I hear they have changed management.

My birthday was on March 6 and I planned to celebrate my birthday at the Royal Swedish Opera Festival. I booked a table for 7 people.
We got the worst table that was close to the entrance. After I have talked to the staff, we got to sit in another table in the corridor between the large halls even though 75% of the rest orange was empty. ( a Wednesday evening ). Then I thought that maybe it is booked and couldn't get a better seat. We had poor visibility and a strange environment in the corridor, it felt stressed that staff walked past us all the time. Värdelöst - fick vänta 10 minuter trots reserverat bord, maten kommer och tas bort utan att man blir ombedd att beställa något/något mer, överdrivna priser för medioker mat. Otroligt synd på en så fin lokal. Kommer inte tillbaka tills någon styrt upp skiten.
