Självaste på stora mörka och svartaste fredagen på året, närmare bestämt den 24/11 2023 så var det dags att sätta sig vid deras ”chefs table” på bästa Restaurang Hantverket! Det har gått några år sen sist och nu är man ju här på that’s up som ambassadör så det vore inte mer än rätt att klottra ner några rader med ord å meningar här liksom😜

Varken jag eller mitt långvägade sällskap till ungdomsvän blev missnöjd med besöket! Vi båda gillar konceptet med att kunna beställa flera ”förrätts”stora rätter så man kan beställa flera olika.
Det är verkligen genuint mästerverk i hur Stefan.E och hans kökspersonal kan hantverksmässigt hantera med råvarorna. Respekt för hantverket i matlagning är högkvalitativ och inget tillåts att har dött förgäves, 5 av 5!

När man får ett sådant service som vi fick så blev jag själaglad, både jag och våra servitriser vi hade bjöd på oss själva under kvällens gång. Är det något som jag sätter stort värde på så är det att få den känslan av att få vara sig själv. Att man sen också ger dessa anställda det lilla extra på jobbet gör inte saken sämre, win-win!
