I visited Shibumi and had the right high expectations when I heard much good as rather than. The restaurant definitely met my expectations so when on a right boring aperitif with any algsorbet in and a right with chicken skins with some seaweed powder/spice on that was not at all good. Otherwise, I ate two awesome råbiffar, one with salmon and a steak that was incredibly tasty and nicely presented. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and presented dishes nicely. The room was nice with the right high heart rate. Like their concept of ordering more side dishes. Absolutely recommended! will go here again.
