Had a nice evening at hillenberg dan dan before the dip. Shared the food with my company got the chance to test twice as many dishes. Pilgrimsmusslan for appetizer was good, as carpaccion. Entrecoten to the main dish was also good, but would have liked a little more red wine sauce, or any complementary sauce. The evening's real hit was the fillet of beef with foie gras. Very good service and nice place overall!
Edit: have eaten dinner at hillenberg again and had an equally successful evening at the time!
