I remember when I went many years ago for a friend's birthday! Every dish he came up with, he sang "happy birthday to you" and was really charming host.

The venue is, like many well-qualified sushi bars, minimal and I like this dark mystical style! The master lets the crafts take their time and we with our stomachs simply have to be patient. Lunch is served Tue-Fri and I will do this more often in the future. 4.5 out of 5!

Så mycket mat. Jag har varit på rätt många sushisittningar både utomlands ( framförallt japan) och här i Sverige, men aldrig har något ställe serverat så mycket mat som Minako gjorde. Jag var SÅ mätt efter halva sittningen! Minako överraskar med sina vackra och detaljerade sushikreationer, däremot upplevde jag att bilderna på instagram inte riktigt motsvarade verkligheten, även fast dom på plats pyntade flitigt med ätbara blommor. Att gå hit är absolut värd sitt pris, god sushi och väldigt trevlig personal.

Gick hit på grund av rekommendationer från vänner och även Youtubekanalen Uppdrag Mat med Mauri.
Jag ska väl nämna ganska direkt att jag inte är något stort fan av varken sushi eller skaldjur, men trots detta ger jag Minako Sushi 4 av 5 stjärnor.
Värt att nämna är även att dom inte har något alkoholtillstånd. Tycka vad man vill, men helt klart värt att nämna HÖGT upp i en recension.

Vi hade bokat bord för 2 och fick ett bord för 4, verkade som att dom i alla fall försökte göra lite för att hålla avstånd till andra trots en annars väldigt trång restaurang.
Jag ångrar att vi inte bokade plats i baren då jag tror att det hade gett en ännu bättre upplevelse. Restaurangen saknade annars något inredningsmässigt för att ge en riktigt bra känsla.

Vi beställde "lilla avsmakningsmenyn" som jag tror bestod av 6 serveringar. Första tallriken var det något som var lite svåra att få ner (även för min sambo som gillar skaldjur och sushi). Men utöver det var vi nöjda och belåtna!
Efterrätten bestod av glass. Vi hade varit tydliga med att en av oss är allergisk mot mjölprotein, trots detta fick vi glass. Alla kan dock göra något misstag.

Överlag nöjd! Kommer jag tillbaka blir det antingen en avsmakningsmeny i baren eller något annat från menyn.

We were here for dinner and had booked a table in advance, which was lucky considering it was fully booked. First transparency was positive, cozy local - however in times like these it was somewhat crowded but I definitely think they had solved it reasonably okay. You can book both sitting at the away or at the bar - which means that you check when the chef prepares the sushi and of course enhances the experience. However, my review is based sitting at the table.



A minus was definitely that they did not have an alcohol permit, obviously not the whole world but worth knowing. The food we chose Omakase - that is, the chef's choice. The first dishes were miso soup, seaweed and pickled octopus if I don't remember wrong. Other dishes included monkliver and scallop. Then we got a total of 8 different nigiri and 5 maki (of the same variety). Super good and definitely a good finsushi place.

The waiter was super nice, however, I said from regarding my milk allergy at the beginning but when the dessert came in I got ice cream (which I then can not eat). Although I said again, I just got the answer "do you want me to remove it or do you want to give it away to your party", which in my opinion may not be the best service in terms of price tag. 


Overall, super satisfied and if you are a sushi fan, you should definitely go here!

Besökte Minako efter rekommendation och maten överträffade våra förväntningar.

Vi satt vid baren där kocken (som jag antar även är ägaren) körde omakase-style. Bra och fräscha råvaror och inget extra klet på fisken som jag upplever att många ställen som försöker vara "finsushi" kör med. Kocken själv la på soja och wasabi och det var perfekt mängd så det inte tog över smaken från fisken.

Enda minus var lokalen som har potential men kan behöva ett litet lyft samt att de inte serverade alkohol vilket jag tycker var extremt synd - maten var dock värd 5 stjärnor!
